How do I register a domain?

Type the name you want in the search box. If it is available, choose how many years and add it to your cart, then check out with your contact details and payment method. Use an email address you check: it is where renewal notices are sent.

For how long can I register or renew?

1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 years.

How do I renew my domain?

Log in to your account, choose the domain and the number of years, and pay. If you pay by bank transfer or cheque, the payment must be received and cleared at least 3 days before the domain expires.

What happens if my domain expires?

It is suspended. During the grace period it can be restored by paying a restoration fee. After that it enters the Redemption Grace Period and can only be restored by the registry.

How can I pay?

PayPal or credit card online (fastest), MCB bank transfer, Juice, or bank or cheque deposit at an MCB branch. A new domain is only registered once payment has been received and cleared, so until then someone else can still register it.
